So it's been just over a year since my last post. And I think I may be ready to go again. :D

A friend suggested a website to me that's having a photography challenge and you need a blog...so here goes!

It sucks. I've been in this world for 30 years, I've probably met thousands of people in my life. Through different stages of my life I've had different friends, some I'm still very close to, some I just see here and there and some I have not seen in years.

I've gotten to know people through my moms friends and then they lose touch and then so do I. And that is sad. Now. I never thought about it before. I mean really thought about what a risk that is. I take advantage of everyone I have met, I expect to see them again, even if it is 10 years from the last time I saw that. And that is naive. So I should treat every moment with the people in my life like it could be the last? That sounds so impossible, but really what I should do right? If I truly value that person.

So why am I being so morbid you ask? My mom called me to tell me one of the 3 boys I use to babysit...died May 7th. Now before a week ago I didn't think about him since probably the last time I saw him. He was the sweetest kid I'd ever met. Him & his 2 brothers were my favorite people to be around. I adored these guys. They are the reason I wanted 3 boys. They rocked! So last week I was talking to my mom and out of know where was reminded of Ryan and asked if she had heard from his mom and they lost contact. Bummer I thought, sure would be awesome to see what he's up to. I'm not kidding that was our conversation LAST week!

Now today he's not here anymore. I haven't been able to stop thinking about him. Life. Death. Chance. So I decided to type out my feelings. They probably make no sense but I need this and it's my blog. Ha!

I'm not sure what to make of today now. So I'm sorry to Ryan's family for their loss and I will be praying for you.

not that she was before she turned 5 but holy crap...5??? Where did the time go? I don't know and it sucks. I do feel like I've done a good job at keeping those memories alive so to speak, we all look at the scrapbooks and watch the videos from time to time. The only thing I wish I did more of was write stuff done, like in a notebook. I have a few scrap pages that have funny things they have said or pages with all the funny words they would call every day objects or people. But I don't have many details into every day life...journals really. I've said for years now that I want a real journal but do I do it. Nope! So today I'm going to start, I figure any random day is better then me saying, next Monday I'm going to start a journal. So today in about 3 minutes I'm going to find a normal PLAIN notebook put it by my nightstand and journal a page and pray that I can keep it up everyday or at least once a week. And we all know how awesome I am with keeping a blog, but maybe this will spark something. We shall see.

So I think now that my baby is 5 it's a perfect time to show a baby picture and a now picture...

Happy Birthday Baby Girl...

Okay I guess you're really not my baby anymore but ya know what, you'll always be my baby! I do this every year, and i'm sure everyone does...think back over the past seven years and everything you've accomplished and now the things you are doing and who you are becoming!

It amazes me that you are now into big girl movies, yoga, wanting to learn to knit and how to play golf and wanting to know how to scrap like momma, getting more into reading novels like momma rather then the kiddie books.

All these things make me sad b/c these are BIG girl things and you're leaving the little girl things way behind you. I'm hoping/praying you'll devert back to the little girl things at least every once in awhile. Some days you want to watch Sesame Street or Wow Wow Wubbzy and I get thrilled! I just want you to enjoy every single day of your childhood and not rush it!

I do enjoy watching the process of you getting older each year don't get me wrong. I love you so much baby and I can't wait to see all the things you do/learn/become this year!!!

Matt (the new Papa) called tonight and said they are now calling the baby (STBN)Stabin...pronouciation not sure but it was cute they way he said it. Anyways they are in works on deciding but my vote is for Lola. Matt is working on that one I guess. :D I told him I didn't want to say my vote but he insisted I did so there it is. It in my opinion fits them. LOVE it. But honestly whatever they choose will be perfect and fit this BEAUTIFUL little angel. He sent us photos tonight and she is truely precious. I can not wait to meet this little angel and of course it brings back the baby fever, but Reed DO NOT worry. I will get over it! SERIOUSLY! I sat this b/c my loving adorable hubby annoyomously reads my blog. Love ya baby!

Anyways, Matt said they hope to change STBN to an actual name by tonight so we are all anxiously awaiting that email! I can't wait to meet ya Stabin!!! BTW I think it's pronounced Stabin! :D So cute!

Baby No Name...

SO excited!!! My cousin's had their baby tonight around 7pm! YAY! She weighed in at 6lbs 15oz and 20 inches and is now forever nicknamed "baby no name"! My cousin Matt, kept telling me that they were throwing around names, his wife Laurel told me a few of them, can't remember them AT ALL, they were so cute though...anyways he kept saying "we'll know as soon as we see her...um HELLO, "baby no name." TOTALLY excited to find out what they pick, I already love her and am SO excited to see this little angel.

One of the first things Matt told my uncle was that she looks just like my Tata! So cute and sad at the same time. Makes me miss him more!

Hopefully I'll be back in the AM with a name! :D

everywhere! Thank you all for the support, thoughts, words, and also to those of you who just read this, think and pray for us! Totally appreciate it ALL!!!

Reed has put out some apps here in town and as we say what's meant ot be will happen. Just need to have patience and pray, honestly! We're doing great, had a great day together we went and say Fool's Gold totally theatre worthy! Loved it! We ordered chiense take out tonight and will probably just hand out like nerds, Reed reading Dragonlance Chronicles and me reading Digital Field Guidefor my new Nikon D40!!! WOO HOO! So excited about this and I don't even know how to use it! HA! Romantic right?! Love it!

And tomorrow Lisa comes to town!!! YIPPIE! Can't wait for a fun weekend with my favorite girl and my man!!!

Oh and Happy Valentine's Day!!!

after I last posted I mentioned I was going to help out in Rylee's class. I got to take two kids in the hall and play a "memory" game with them using their spelling words. When it came time for Rylee to come out with me I let her pick her partner and she picked Jordan or as she calls him "jordy!" all sweet and cute like. She was so funny while we were out there she was ALL smilies and giggles it was so cute. Last year she had a crush on this little boy Niko and this new crush is totally different she was to have a playdate with Jordy, she sits by him at lunch, it's crazy! She's 6!!!

So today Reed goes in to read to the class and Jordy comes up to Reed as says "Can Rylee and I have a playdate?" oh boy! I just don't know about these boy/girl playdates!

Another day this week when I was helping in the class Mrs.Hardt was moving the desks around b/c she does this like every week. Rylee and her friend Courtney were helping move the desks Mrs Hardt let them each got to pick one person to sit by so of course Rylee picks Jordy and Courtney picks a girl. (lucky brenda!) So while this is happening Mrs. Hardt is telling me that this is a love triangle Rylee and Jordy are in!!! WHAT! Again she's 6! I really pray this does not end in that drama at such a young age!!! Awww...the joy of YOUNG love!

I can't get with it...

it's been two years this month since Reed got this job. And him leaving just doesn't get easier for me. I found out today that he's basically going to be gone for 3 weeks with one day home in between. NICE! It just kills me, I know it could be worse he could be off fighting a war for 4 months at a time. But he's not and this is my actual life and honestly it sucks! Of course it doesn't suck all the time, but right now in this venting moment of mine it does.

I wish I knew what to do to make it easier to just go on with life, enjoy him while he's here and then say goodbye when the time comes, but nope I can't do that. I fight, yell, and flip out like it's his fault. UGH! And then I cry for like 3 hours. It's real fun, I'm sure you wish you were here right now, right?! ;)

I know he hates it, he misses us just as much as we miss him, but then I think of it like how bad it could it really be for him. He's alone, eating out every night and not having to deal with the girls. But then he has to deal with his boss, the client, the fact that he is alone and then of course he worry's about his crazy emotional wife ALL the time. UGH! I just pray that soon I can figure this out. Figure out how to make this work, how to just deal like Reed tells me and enjoy the time we have.

When he was at his old job and I was prego with Rylee he had to travel a couple time during that 9 months and I remember saying "I am NOT going to be one of those wife’s whose husband travels all the time!" HA! I guess I deserve it right.

I'm hoping for today I’m over it, that I vented it's out for the world to read and now I can stop crying like a baby! I have him home for 10 more days so I pray that before that is up, I can get my emotions in check and figure this s**t out or else I’m going to drive everyone crazy and no one will be happy.

I am off to visit Rylee's classroom in a few so that should lift my sprits! here's to hoping...

i'm tired, exhusted really. i chose a word...believe. but i think i may just stick with all three b/c honestly my life could use help in all three of those areas. i created a layout about the word believe though, it's over at my layout blog.

the girls and i watched gameplan tonight. it was super cute, we all really enjoyed it. but at one point it made neely really sad and she started crying b/c she missed her daddy. sad. but we'll call him in the AM and she'll be all good. i hope.

sorry such a lame post but i felt the need to post something, anything. oh and i posted a ton of new creations, some old some new on the scrap blog too.

...today i surprised rylee with tickets to the stage show of high school musical, she was so excited. we went with two friends from school and had an amazing time. she really could not have been sweeter today. she ended up sitting with her friends in the row in front of us and half way through the first act she wanted to sit with me but we couldn't switch seats just yet so she wanted to hold my hand! awwww! that alone was enough to make me cry! then after intermission she asked to sit on my lap, then when she sat next to me all she wanted to do was hug me and put her arms around me. it was exactly what i needed. lately i have been feeling like we just don't mesh and today she really showed me that even though we butt heads...A LOT! I'm still her momma and she's still my baby girl and we fit. the joy i felt today was amazing. i love that girls, she rocks! here's a few photos from our sweet day...

Words Words Words...

words...they say a lot don't they and I think they have hidden meaning as well. I was catching up on Ali E's blog just a bit ago and was not suprised when I came across the yearly WORD post. I tried doing this last year but did not succed. Just didn't focus on it as much as I wanted/should have. I really want to do more with my word this year but it seems coming up with a word is much harder this go around. Right now i'm playing with a few...grow, believe, and focus. Reed thinks I should go with relax again, but i'm feeling these 3 words much more at this moment in my life.

I want to grow as a woman, friend, mother, scrapbooker and artist. Grow in all realationships and grow into ME, if that makes sense. Really figure out who I am as a 28 year old chick. I would to grow into the woman God has indtended I become. Grow.

I want to believe in myself, belive that my kids will make good choices and that they will believe in themselves. I want to believe that I am living my life to the fulliest and living up to my full potiental. Believe.

I want to focus on what is most important. Leave all the crap behind and not dwell on it. Focus on my girls, Reed and our little family. Focus on my friends and those relationships that will only get stronger with focusing on them. I want to focus on my relationship with God and where my life should be going. Focus.

I plan to sleep on this, think on it, maybe dwell on it a bit because I really want to Grow, believe and focus on the right word that will help me thoughout 2008!

the last few days, weeks and even the last month has been INSANE for me. But tonight I sit here at my dads...creating. honestly, i just started about 15 minutes ago. painted the edges of two mini albums to start for my ACB designs and painted two journal notebooks with the help of miss rylee. and i have to say with just knowing what these little things become it makes me SUPER UBER happy. silly some may say but most of you know this creating thing ROCKS. so back to it I go...

Awww, today my Neely Rae turned four! And I tears...well almost. When it was almost time to leave from Build A Bear I put the unstuffed bunny we bought her with the GC attached on my bed where we were getting ready, as she came back into my room she saw it and got SO excited. She started to run towards the box to hug it, she stopped mid run, turned to me and gave me a BIG squezze. SEE you would have shead a tear too!!! It was seriously one of the most precious moments every! Love that kid.

So then we headed to BAB, where she stuffed not only the bunny but a pink kitty too. Turned them into Snow White & Sleeping Beauty, got them extra clothes too and named the Kitty Julianna (after the girl who is on DWTS...seriously) and the bunny is non other then Neely! SO cute!

Next it was off to MCD's for her favortie lunch, along with a million other 4 year olds, chicken nugget happy meal. It was great too b/c 2 little friends were there to play with. BONUS!

Then it was time to go home a chill, until sister came home so we could then make a cookie cake ALL together and play with our bears. Yes Rylee got a new outfit too.

So now they're in bed and I have 5 days until yet another fun filled day of celebrated this precious beautiful baby we have!

okay i have no idea where that came from but really...meet my BEAUTIFUL BEAST! Officaily named 'BB' or maybe BeeBee, can't decide anyways isn't she purdy!!!

So as most of you know I was in Florida last week, and while I was there I texted Reed & asked if him if he was having a good day. He texted back, yup buying you a new Tahoe! Um okay...really? And if you know Reed you know he is super implusive...well kinda, he thinks about it for a VERY long time, makes sure it is exactly what he wants and then out of NO WHERE he goes and buys whatever it is he has been thinking about for months on end! In this case my new Tahoe! WOO HOO lucky me! HA! So he also can't keep a secret but that is fine b/c it still was a total surprise and an awesome one at that! And I LOVE her!!!
And her BEST feature...remote start baby! Love that in this heat!!!

my baby girl started preschool today! The tears and freaking out I thought was bound to happen were MIA today! She was AWESOME, headed off to the playground and said "bye momma, love you" and that was that! Made me so sad and so happy at the same time! I'm off to pick her up in a bit, can't wait to hear how her day went! Here's a few photos from this morning. The last one is when daddy called to wish her a happy first day, she was so excited to talk to him...can you tell?

WOW! I can't believe my baby is in 1st grade! She was so cool and brave today. She did tell me she was a little scared & nervous but more excited. Hoped she made friends right away and knew lots of other kids. The drive to school was pretty quiet but when we turned on the street of her school she said in a very silly Rylee voice "it's getting closer!" and her excitement shinned through. We meet Claire right away and that made her feel great, then other friends joined her. We found the line for first grade, wasn't hard to miss with the big heart and mail box. I think we're going to LOVE Mrs. Hardt. She come out with a big loud "Welcome everyone!" it was awesome. Then off they went. Of course we followed and watched while Mrs. Hardt told them to take their backpacks to their desks, but Rylee didn't listen or didn't hear and sat in the back by the cubbies and dumped everything out while showing all her cool new supplies to her friends, then took all the to the wrong desk and put the backpack in her cubby. LOL! Mrs. Hardt nicely showed her the right desk and off we went! I'm sure she had a great day and can't wait to her all about it. I miss her so much today, only 3 hours and one minute until pick up! I'm sure me counting down the hours to her return won't last long but it's the first day back and i MISS HER!!!

This kid cracks me up. She picks up everything and I mean everything we say or the TV says! It's pretty bad. But I needed the laugh and didn't want to forget this so I did what Heather would do and blogged it!

What were you doing ten years ago?
It was probably one of the best summer's of my teen age years...out of high school, away from everyone I didn't want to hang out with. Hanging out with people only I wanted to hang with, it was awesome. There was just a few of us maybe 8 maybe 10 we were together almost everyday for about 2 months, just being kids out of school. Not caring about college or our parents, just having fun. Not bad fun either, it was cool. Sad part is I only talk to 2 of those people, but that really doesn't make me sad, people grow apart go different ways in life and that's that. I'm just happy that I had the time(s) we did together.

I would pay off all debt, of ours and my dad's. Buy us a FAT A$$ house with everything I could ever dream of, in the best neighborhood in Tucson. Set money aside for the girls of course. And then I would love to go back to school, so I would need to have someone come in and cook meals for the family so I didn't have to waste time with that. OR if we had lots of millions, I'd tell Reed to quit his job and we'd send him to the BEST culinary school EVER. And we'd have to go with him of course b/c it would probably be in Europe somewhere or NYC so we'd need FAT house there too. And then I would hope I would do something awesome for others, like Brandy, I would love to do something for young girls...along the same lines as planned parenthood or something. Or maybe do a lot of habitat for hunanity, think that's an awesome program as well. So that's what I would do.

Five bad habits:
I leave water cups everywhere!
I watch WAY too much TV
I don't know when to stop eating (lovely huh)
I spend way too much time on my computer
I always have to talk on the phone while I drive, gotta stop that I know!

Five things you like to do:
hang out the couch with Reed (when he's home)
chat with reed (when he's not home)
go on date's with reed (do you think I miss him)
scrap
watch movies and play board games with the girls.

Things you will never wear again:
those horrible shirt tie holder things, you know they were a circle and a bar in the middle and you tucked the corner of your shirt in the circle, i know you know what i'm talking about.
jeans with the bottomes folded over and up. you know what i mean.
jellies shoes...yuck, saw some in the store a few weeks ago...ewwww

I am offically back on the AC Bailey Design Team! YAY! I took a short break and am now back and ready to roll! WOO HOO! I can't wait to get my new goodies, well after I pick them. BUt I already know what i'm getting'!

So I've been tagged but since I'm pretty sure every who reads this has been tagged I'm just going to do it for the FUN of it!

1. I can pick up things with my toes & I can't do a cartwheel either! I'm telling you girls, we should start a club! ;)

2. I was the editor of my high school yearbook, can you believe that. Miss TYPO queen was an editor! HA!

3. Some of you know this but my favorite snack is popcorn, M&Ms and tabasco sause all mixed up! YUM-O!

4. I have one sister and she's 21 years younger then me! And 2 months older then my oldest daughter!

5. I hava baby fever! YIKES! AGAIN! Nothing will happen, Reed is so not having another baby. I'm still on the IUD. We have NOTHING left from Nee Nee, but I really really want a baby. Honestly I think it's just the thought of a new baby but when I really think about the early feeding, late feeding, lack of sleep. It's not all that appealing but it's a baby and I am determined the next one with have my hair! I know silly reason for a baby!

6. I am a salt freak. I know heart attack waiting to happen. Seriouly trying really hard to cut back and it is so hard, but the girls are starting to notice my horrible habit so it's kinda getting easier just for that. My mom was/is the same way with salt, not that it's her fault but you watch and see for 18 years you're bound to pick it up. LOL. So here it is...salt is getting cut back! :)

7. I'm going back to school! YIKES! Went today to take the assesments (another post) and to get the requirments for the degrees i'm thinking of. Actually it's all pretty exciting! :)

WOW, really 10 years. I don't feel like it's been 10 years. A great 10 years might I add. Beware I HATED high school!

1.Who was your best friend? Didn't really have a BFF in High School, one of my closest friends didn't go to my school but we've been friends since 6th grade and still are. So I'll say her...Amber.

2. What kind of car did you drive? Okay, so embarrassing...first one I got on my 16th birthday (it was a Chevy cavalier), that lasted um one day. Then a couple weeks later I got a 89 Toyota Camry, that lasted until after high school until it went ka put!

3. It’s Friday night, where were you? Depends what year, Jr...not doing good things. Hanging with the bad crowd. Sr. year at the BF house just hanging out. I swear!

4. Were you a party animal? read above. ;)

5. Were you considered a flirt? depends who you ask, I'm afraid.

6. Ever skip school? I plead the 5th.

7. Were you a nerd? again depends who you ask.

8. Did you get suspended/expelled? my sophomore year I got suspended twice b/c my shorts were too short. UGH. Hate private schools. My mom was so PISSED!

9. Can you sing the fight song? there's a fight song?

10. Who was your Favorite teacher? Miss. Riddle. She was my art, advanced art, stage and set & yearbook teacher. Yes I had all those classes my Sr. year...no wait just the last three.

11. Favorite class? art & yearbook

12. School mascot? Crusaders...don't even get me started.

13. Did you go to Prom? Not my own. I went my Jr year to another school's prom.

14. If you could go back and do it over, would you? Like Shannon said, if I could go with what I know now. Maybe. I can't say for sure.

15. What do you remember most about graduation? Not crying b/c I was so happy it was finally over. Seriously, hated high school.

16. Who was your high school sweetheart? didn't have one. Dated here and there but no high school sweetheart here.

17. Where were you on senior skip day? I can't remember if we had one, and if we did I think it was a planned even for us all.

18. Did you have a job your Senior year? Yes, but honestly I can't remember where right now. I had so many jobs between 15 and 18 it's sad. Chuck E Cheeses was Jr year & I think Mervyns was after HS but I can't remember what was between! UGH. I'll have to ask my mom.

19. Where did you go most often for lunch? the lunch room.

20. Have you gained weight since then? YUP. Two babies, of course but it's been 3 years since #2 and I'm still using that as an excuse! Hey, I'm trying to lose it.

21. What did you do after graduation? Went to the community college and worked at Mervyns.

22. When did you graduate? 1997!

23. Who was your Senior prom date? didn't go.

24. Are you going to your 10yr class reunion? If I have a say NO. But Amber will be there, she married a guy I went to school with and they'll go, but I can see her anytime. There are 2 great friends I miss a lot and would love to see, but if they don't go I'll be mad if I do. But then again if I don't go and they do then I'll be mad. I'm screwed.

25. Who was your home room teacher? Mrs. Oh crap I forgot her name too. Geez I am getting old. It's started with a V though. It's right there too. Damn!

Today you turn six...it's hard to believe six years ago I just in the hospital waiting your arrival with daddy. We we're so scared and excited. Didn't know if we were fit to be parents at 22 but knew we could do it! Well it's six years later today and you are a beautiful, smart, fun little girl! Exactly what I wished for on that day! I'm so happy to be your mom & love you so much!

Stop messing with me?" Are you kidding me! A very hard day at school. SO I said Rylee how come you had a hard day and she says "because Maddy wouldn't share the jump rope!" CRACK UP!!!

He's coming home tonight!

SERIOUSLY I'm so excited I feel like a little school girl! It's kinda funny! But I don't care b/c I LOVE hime & just miss him and can't wait to KISS him!!! Sorry, but it's true!!! I still have to clean up the house a bit, but not much & I plan on getting all pretty pretty and wearing jeans and some cute heels he loves! I know what a DORK right?!

Then we're going to go over to my cousin's Scott & Janelle's house...Little Grant's parents to hang out with Janelle's sis before she leaves tomorrow! SHould be a nice chill night! And my hubby will be there!!! I'm so going to take a bunch of cheesy pics of Reed & I tonight!

Okay so I'm 13th day's late but this is a crazy month. Baby Grant just turned one! OMGOSH I can't believe how cute he is! And big OMGOSH!!! It's crazy a entire year has gone by! Needless to say we had a weekend full of fun celebrating this little man! Own of our cousin's from Cali came into town and she has two little guys the girls age so we had a BLAST and so did they! But with all that fun happening of course something bad had to happen...okay not that bad. Sounded a bit worse. But Neely started acting a bit crabby Sunday night and Monday AND today so we went to the doctor and she now as a ear infection! FUN! My poor baby! Luckily we got it quick and she's already feeling better! YAY! We've been cooped up in this house since Sunday and I'm about to so CRAZY!!! Hopefully we can head to the park for a bit in the AM and relax in the nice cool sun for awhile before it gets 90 at noon!

Which brings we to that! What is that! It's March not May!!! And we're already at 90?! I'm so scared for the summer!

So now i'm going to post some fun photos of the little man who turned ONE! And lastly I wanted to say HI to my Reed! I LOVE you and MISS you SO SO SO much baby!!! Can't wait for you to come home!!! I love you!!!

Reed and I married 6 years ago! I can't believe it, to some that's not that long, my Nana & Tata would have been married for 59 before he passed away! I hope and pray we make it that long. I know we will though! My mom's watching the girls tonight so we can go to dinner and Brandy & Heather's favorite place! The Melting Pot!!! Every time I hear something about foundue I think of you two! Maybe one day we'll go together how fun would that be! So off to get ready just wanted to wish myself and Reed a Happy Anniversary!!! This is MY word for 2007! RELAX! I feel clam already! LOL! Many of you have probably heard of Ali Edwards word challenge for 2007. If not she is challenges us all to come up with a word to live by in 2007! I am so excited about this. I mean it's only a word right? My all the excitement Breana? Well I'll tell ya. If I can really think, live and breathe the word RELAX I might just start to do just that RELAX! Reed would be so stoked! The girls and I probably would bash heads so much and hey me and my mom might just get a long a little better. Okay here's to hoping! :)

I am working on a little project so this word of mine is in my eyesight several times a day and I am jotting down ideas for a layout as well BUT I'm thinking I may be taking a trip to Michaels tomorrow for a water color book to create a art journal for this adventure!

If you haven't picked a word yet, well you should I have a feeling this is going to be one kick a$$ year b/c of Miss AE herself! Thanks for the inspiration Ali!!!

Almost a New Year!

So it's 11:38pm on New Years Eve. So far we have had an awesome night. Just came in here b/c I couldn't remember a band name I have on itunes and needed to figure it out. And thought HEY I need a last post of 2006. So here it is!

Disneyland in a nut shell...

So I thought I could talk about DL for more then I couple of days but now that the holiday speed by me I'm over the DL until it's time to scrap it! LOL. And I just took a look and I shared most of my fave pictures! And soon enough (I hope) I'll be sharing the layouts!

So onto the next event...

Reed and I went to Cali as I said in the last post and we had a BLAST! We went to Simi Valley I had never been to that part of Cali and it's so pretty there!

We rented a car when we were at the airport and the guys hooked us up with this hot red convertible Mustang baby! As we were driving to meet Reed's co workers I heard on the radio that Tori Spelling was having a yard sale. It's been all over the media so I'm sure some of you heard about it. Well me being the NERD that I am insisted that we had nothing better to do and I REALLY REALLY (in my best little girl voice) wanted to go. So we get there and the line is LONG. So I had Reed go get some food and MONEY! While I waited. We ended up waiting for a total of 2 hours, met some awesome ppl had some great laughs and then met TS! OMG so fun going through all her stuff or things she bought to pretend was hers (who knows) and then to talk to her. It was fun! I got some good cheap stuff for family and me! You weren't allowed to bring camera's even your phones inside so this is me outside the house. Then was the work holiday dinner which was a blast and we had some amazing food! But I'm a true nerd and didn't take one picture! UGH! We totally dressed up and everything! Bummer! Oh well!

When we woke up the next day we decided to go to Hollywood Blvd and then we were planned to go to Rodeo but we got lost! LOL! Walking down Hollywood Blvd was fun, but so not what I expected. But I'll leave those comments for the layout! HA HA! Here's a pic of Reed and I in front of the Kodak theatre but not of the theatre. LOL.

Over all we had an amazing time! So happy to have that couple of days alone with my hubby! Love ya Baby!

WOO HOO! Okay maybe that's mean to be that excited but OMG after driving 8 hours each way to DL we're so in need of a trip alone! And besides the girls are with Grammy and we'll be having a blast! My MIL said they're getting a visit from mrs. Doorknob today too (not sure what's with that) LOL, but they're going to have a blast! So when we return I will conitnue with the Disny pics! Until then...

California Adventure day two...

We so thought we could do this park in one day..yeah right! LOL! Now that the girls are a bit older it was hard to cram everything in, but I think we did a pretty good job. The fave was seeing Lightening MacQueen (sp) and Mator, that was awesome! The cars came down from afar (not sure how they were driven) and they had the music from the movie playing, it was way cool! The Aladdin show was another big favorite, along with the playhouse Disney show and the Bugs life land. I think the favorite for the entire family was the block party bash, this rocked!!! It was a lot of the characters from toy story along with the regular Disney faves. They were all dancing up a storm and right before they 'party' ended they would grab everyone from the streets and have them come up and dance too! So fun I tell ya! We had dinner at the fabulous Goofy's kitchen (by far my fave of all we're had) Chip and Dale were Neely's favorites and they could tell so they kept coming back it was so cool! We wanted to end the night with the fireworks and snowfall at DL, but it was canceled due to the wind...bummer. But Rylee and daddy had fun on SPACE MT. that girl is CRAZY! The theme for the rides was this..."Rylee did you like the ride (space/splash mt)?" YES "Are you glad you did it?" YES "Would you do it again?" NO! LOL!!! She cracks me up! So brave!

Disneyland day one...

Okay so this serisouly was the BEST family vaca we have ever had. And maybe that was b/c we were ALL able to really get something out of the trip and ALL enjoy it. We started the morning off with breakfast w/ Lilo & Stitch...so cool! So many characters were there it was an awesome way to get the day started. We decided we were going to go down Main St. go left and then go around the park that way, one ride/show at a time, no skipping all around going back and forth. It actaully worked too. Go figure! HA! The tiki room was a fave, the hanuted house...not so much but hey they went on it! Rylee and I did Splash Mt. how I got her on that I have NO idea! She's so brave! Neely saw Pooh and was in HEAVEN!!! I didn't think she was ever going to let go it was too cute! We ended the night a bit early with a few Fantayland rides done...they have way too many there BTW! ANd of course we had to see the parade...I have NEVER had one of the girls on my shoulders before and let me tell ya it was so NOT fun! Lets just say we ended up and a resturant in Downtown Disney and Reed and I polished off 2 bottles of yummy wine! My shoulders felt much better after that. Then we did some fun shopping, we each got some kick a$$ watches, the girls got some PJs and I got my new Tinker Bell coffee tumbler! WOO HOO...now for the pics...

well kinda. We're actually at my inlaws and spending the night. The drive was a little too much for all of us so we decided to take a long pit stop at grandma and grandpas. So I thought I would show you all some pictures of our first night in Disneyland. We spent Thursday at Downtown Disney ate at the Rainforest Cafe and then spent way too much $$$ at build a bear! But it was so fun! The whole trip was a BLAST and I can't wait to show some of the pictures with all my friends and family as the days go by. There were so many fun times I thought I would post a few pictures from each day over the next few days. So here are some pics from Thursday night...

I'm not sure where this past month went but it just flew by! I can't believe tomorrow is the last day of November! WOW!

So as you all know Lisa came for a visit for a week and we had a BLAST to say the least! We shopped, scrapped, visited, shopped some more and scrapped some more it was awesome! Here's a few pics...

Another fun event was Thanksgiving, we had the pleasure of eating this awesome FEAST twice! Not sure my waistline like that but it sure was YUMMY! We headed to Pinetop to have Thanksgiving with my dad and our family there, it was so fun and VERY COLD!

And i'm glad! Yesterday was a BIG day and I'm tired. I know the strep has to do with that but man I'm beat! We did have an awesome time though. We started with my moms street I have two girlfriends who live over there so we met up with all 7 kiddos and it was SO cool! They have all known eachother since babies and it was cool seeing them so big. Then my mom and I took the girls to a VERY nice neighborhood for trick or treating and it was so fun. The houses were spread apart which lead to A LOT of walking BUT it was so fun the houses were all decorated so cool and there were a TON of kids everywhere! We really worn those girls out! Rylee and Tiana were okay with ending the night b/c they knew that meant candy! And Nelly well not so much...a little sad.
Can't wait to see all the pictures for you all!

LOL, you know who you are! ;) So things have just been INSANE! I don't even know where to start. Well I guess I could start with saying I'm one of the new DT members for Kit 'N' Kaboodles monthly scrap club! YAY! So excited to start this new adventure!

Tomorrow is Halloween and I'm freaking b/c I think I'm getting strep again! UGH! I don't know what the heck is wrong with me. My Nana...you know the grandma that knows it ALL! Says I need to stop doing everything I'm doing and only take and pick up my girls from school. Yeah like that is going to happen. LOL! So I have a doctors appointment in a bit and pray it's not strep and that they can figure out why I keep getting this. Three times in 6 months is a little crazy, I think. And with Reed gone, Neely's birthday party Sunday this is serisouly the last thing I need. UGH!

Sorry to have another BLOG post with whinning but hey this is my life right now! At least I have you girls here for me! THANKS!

and I'm saying it again. I am a BAD BAD blogger! So after I posted the last time I worked for the entire night on my new website and blog through iweb and yes a still have A LOT to do! Then last week we were on vacation, so didn't do anything of course and then I was way busy Monday & Tuesday right after we got home and then the kicker...I now I have STREP THROAT! UGH!!! And of course Reed's not here so it's been WAY fun. PLUS Rylee didn't have school today, so that was another FUN thing added! Actually they both have been really good "taking" care of momma. We've just hung out watched cartoons and movies like all day. So I'm done whining, just wanted to let you all know that I am still working on the new blog!

Monthly Challenge "Truth or Scare" Contest
Each month our design team challenges the members of TTS with great challenges and helps you to go outside of the box each month a little more. This month we have decided to shake things up a bit and make it a competition..
So... Here is how it will work
Each day there will be challenges, trivia or chats that you can participate in to earn points. Each challenge will have a specific point specified in the details of the challenge. Do as many challenges, trivia or chats that you would like to and keep track of your points in the monthly challenge thread we will have and win win win!!! There will be a specific spot in the gallery for you to upload your challenges to help keep track of them better and it is necessary to keep track of your points in the monthly challenge thread . If you do not then you will be disqualified. The DT will be playing along with you this month as well however, you will not be competing with them for the gift certificates.. They will be competing against each other for their own gift certificates.. So help encourage and cheer each other on!!
All layouts will need to be new to TTS and the web to qualify.

1st place winner will receive a gift certificate to TTS online store for $50 and GDT for the month of November
2nd Place winner will receive a gift certificate to TTS online store for $25
3rd place winner will receive a gift certificate to TTS online store for $10

We will start off the competition in the chat room at 9:00 PM EST and a trivia starting at 9:30 PM EST... Afterwards watch the monthly challenge thread for all new challenges and events. What a week, it's been so crazy the last 2 weeks. Reed was gone all last week and then home just for the weekend, left again Sunday and then was gone all this week. So needless to say I have been a little busy running the kiddos around and doing family stuff and then all my scrappin stuff! All the fall stuff for me has started too so now I only have "free" days Monday and Friday but Tues, Wed, Thurs are all fun things. Tuesday I help in the classroom at Rylee's school which is AWESOME! Wednesday is MOPS, my fave! and Thursday's is bible study. All fun stuff.

So besides all that I have managed to get a little scrappin done lately. I was able to put up the Treasures to Scrap layouts here & here these are for September. I'm almost done with October's projects and am loving the sponsor...Doodlebug! So fun to work with those papers.

I've also been on a bit of a card kit, which really isn't my thing but I needed to make some cards and I had challenges from TTS so I went with it. You can see the cards here. The challenges gave me a head start which was cool, like one of them was to make an interactive card and use the color orange so that was FUN!

Another big thing (well to me) that happened this week was babysitting my little sister. That hasn't happened in awhile, remember mom drama. LOL! So that's been pretty cool for Rylee and Tiana and of course Nee Nee too. They got to play twice this week already AND my mom is actually keeping the girls overnight tonight! Crossing my toes we don't get a call. UGH!

So wanna know what we're going to do for a big night alone...we're really cool I tell ya! Really cool! I went to blockbuster this morning and got 3 movies, we're going to Trader Joe's later for some yummy snacks and some beer i'm sure. And that's it. A nice relaxing night just hanging out at home alone. Well with Kali and Lila of course!

John Mayer's newest CD Continuum was released, it's a good day! Since I heard the entire CD a few times a couple weeks ago, thanks to our awesome radio station (and probably 1000's elsewhere) but here it's 92.9 the mountain I wasn't racing to Target at 8am, but went at lunchtime. It sounds so much better in the truck then on my laptop and it sounds even better blasting in the living room while the girls are dancing around! Gotta love little girls who love John Mayer! I think Nee Nee was as excited as me! Well maybe not!

I just had to share my excitement I'm sure you all think I'm crazy, but hey we all have our own John Mayer's right?

the night was so freaking fun! The drive up was so fun, we chatted and laughed and it was awesome! The concert was nothing short of amazing, minus a few little drama mix ups but we won't go there! ;) So in short...an unforgettable experience!

Since the concert my life has been getting busier and busier by the minute. I don't know how some of you moms of 4 or more do it, seriously! I'm having a hard time having one in school and she isn't any other activities right now! Speaking of activities she came home with sheets for soccer and cheer sign ups! YIKES. Practices 1 - 2 times a week plus games Saturday mornings! YIKES! Yeah sorry Rylee not this year. Any tips on this subject...needed. Rita where are you! LOL!???

Reed's gone again this week, which for some reason I'm taking VERY hard this time. Not sure why, he was home for almost 3 weeks last before Sunday, which was amazing! So he's gone for just a week and for some reason, I'm a mess this week. Hence no post until now.

But I have semi good news, Rylee still needs me! Remember my post about her not wanting me to walk her to the kinder playground anymore, well she wants me to again! YAY!!! My little girl is back! LOL! Who knows for how long so I'm so soaking it up right now!

WOO HOO! So excited, we're about 10 minutes from heading out to Phoenix for the Dave Matthews Band Concert. It's going to be hotter then HELL, but oh well! Deb, Terrence are coming here, then we're headed to Dori's and then to Sky harbor to pick up Mark and then we're there baby! It's going to be a blast and I can't wait! I also can't wait to see who my crazy uncle ends up taking! He's 60+ recently divorced, lives with my Nana...great guy...seriously, but his women situation is a little out there. He's been keeping it a secert so it should be interesting! LOL!

I'm not sure where it went, but it's Sunday night now! Rylee had a great first week at school, her home life on the other hand was not so great. She was so over tired by the time she got home, all HELL broke loose when Reed & I tried to communicate with her. Hoping this week goes a lot smoother! I know it will take time for us all to get through it! I could use the prayers & good thoughts that's for sure! Tomorrow starts our first experience with homework, she will bring it home Monday's and it's due Friday. Also we need to start practicing hand writing the correct way, and I can already here her when I'm trying to help her to it right...NO MOM I KNOW HOW TO DO IT, I KNOW EVERYTHING!!! GRRRR...Can't wait!

So to end this wonderful week, I found out this AM that I made the design Team for the scrapbook supply store! YAY! Super excited to see this site take off! Can't wait to dive right in!

I also am trying to get a head start on my DT layouts for TTS and I managed to get one done for Sept's papers tonight! YAY! But you're going to have to wait until Sept 1st for that one! ;) I also finished my Operation Katrina album, so happy that's on it's way to a deserving family! I'll try and upload the album this week.

LOL! That's for giving me the push I needed girl! (you know who you are!) OMGOSH I have no idea where the last 6 days went to be honest. I do however remember that Friday we went to meet Rylee's teacher!!! I think we are really going to like her and that Rylee will have a fantastic first year at school! All week she had been SO excited about meeting her teacher and new friends that would bein her class and then we get there and she's SO shy and won't talk to anyone and if she does she's SO stinking quiet! Kids I tell ya! Again however she is excited about the first day, so who knows. I still think this day will be much harder on me then her.

We're hanging out at the in laws today. got here on wednesday and we've been doing nothing since then. lol. my MIL, the girls and I went to a beauty and the beast play yesterday at the local diner theatre. it was fun but OMG Rylee can you PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE listen to your mother! UGH! That girl, i think being spoiled by grandma for the past 5 days has really done a number on you girl! but we're taking her home tomorrow to train her back to normal! lol! i do have to say we are very thanful to have such involved grandparents, since we all know MY MOM isn't liek that. robin (MIL) asked if Rylee could come up for a week to hang out and go school shopping, so she totally hooked her up! YAY for grandmas! SHe got TONS of cute clothes, 3 pairs of shoes, a new purse and lots of cute rings and necklaces. The saw 3 movies too...yes she is the spoiled one. Speaking of movies Rylee and I are going to see Barnyard today, should be pretty funny. Hope so, hope she listens, hope we have fun together! lol! Reed and I might also get to go on a date tonight too...WOO HOO! hope ya all have a great weekend!

and it sucks! I'm no longer able to post at KNK! :( I had to cancel my monthly scrapbook club due to $$$ issues and I know it's the right thing to do but it still sucks! Already having boodle withdrawals! Miss you guys!

Sunday I decided I wanted to do some new decorating in the girls room, went to Michaels picked up a couple shelves, lots of paint and lots of little wooden shapes, sunglasses and flowers! I painted yesterday for like 4 hours and I'm almost ready to start hanging things up! YAY! It's going to look so cute when I finish! I also picked up these canvas things to hang on their walls. I gave each of the girls their own canvas and they put their hand prints all over, with a space left in the middle for their picture! They turned out so cute!

I'm totally dragging today so I better get moving, lots to do before dinner with Reed's boss tonight and then another party at the cousins again! WOO HOO!

YAY! Reed's home!

So Reed was in Dubai for the past 9 days and he's finally home and I couldn't be happier! Seems that the girls LOVE to torture me while he's gone with being mean to each other, not listening to me and taking 2 hours to get to sleep! Nothing works with them and bedtime when I'm alone it sucks! Any hints? So he's still asleep and it's 2pm, but with the 11 hour time change I expected this. We stayed up late last night, looking at the FEW pictures he took and just catching up with each other that was nice. We might take the girls to Peter Piper Pizza tonight and just chill!
So while he was gone I did a lot of scrappin that you can see here I made a mini album from a couple weeks ago in the DW calendar, a few actual pages, I put ALL the pictures from CKU in the paper bag album Lisa made me for Christmas. I Love the way it turned out! AND the BIG one I FINISHED MY A WEEK IN THE LIFE ALBUM!!! YAY!!! Man, that feels so good to have finally finished it! This is my new favorite album I LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!! I hope do to it next year on the same week! I tried to upload the pictures but haven't had much luck so those will be coming soon! Well gotta run, bye...

new addition to my room

so my dad made me this cool shelf along with my awesome paint shelf a long time ago, but I never knew what to do with this second one so I finally realized I could store my stamps on it! YAY! I'm hoping I may start to use them now. Wishful thinking I know! ;) I've also wanted a peg board to hang recently purchased items (you know the ones you see and HAVE to buy, but end up thrown in a drawer and never used.) yeah I'm talking about those items. So I bought one, painted it, added some corners to it with the HS masks and it's cute (if I do say so myself) ;)! Okay enough chatting here it is...

The whole family showed up at Chuck E Cheeses today to celebrate Carter turning 5! WOO HOO!!! Of course all the kiddos had a BLAST!
So this isn't the best picture, but it's kinda hard when all the kids are rockin' out on stage with Chuck E Cheese! Carter had a blast!!! So fun to watch all of them! And as for the adults, we were all waiting patiently for what was to come afterwards...seafood feast at Deb's! WOO HOO!!!
Knowing my family and the way my aunt and uncles are with food I was expecting A LOT and of course for it to be so very tasty, but HOLY MOLY!!! I would have NEVER excepted a feast like this... And under all those onions and potatoes is shrimp, clams and more shrimp!!! I couldn't believe the spread! I sure wish I would have taken an after picture though, it's amazing that 30-35 people ate ALL that food! AMAZING I tell ya! So anyways I just had to show that picture, couldn't believe it! I hope it becomes a tradtion!
So I'm super tired, have a good night nite!

Home at last!!!

WOW, what an experience! It was amazing! So awesome to meet all the girlies I've gotten to know through emails over the past 3 months, to meet Ali, Cathy Z, Tim, Elise and everyone else that taught or just hung around! Lisa, I couldn't have asked for a better person to share this experience with! You ROCK chica!

So I get to San Jose Tuesday night...starving. Lisa takes me to In and Out...MMMMMM! We go back to her place and basically I get shown around and we crash! Up early on Wednesday to head to the hotel to get ready for the Bus Tour! Never seen so many pink shirts in one place in my life!!! Nope not even in a store! LOL! We meet to awesome ladies Lena & Nina (not related, not did they know each other) and the 4 of us hang out most of the time! Of course we meet TONS of other girlies and shopped out hearts out! The girls you put together the bus tour, went over & beyond what I could have imagined! We didn't even need the stores! Seriously, they were throwing (sometimes literally) freebies at us! It ROCKED!!! We started at 9am and 6 stores and Hambly (screen printer) later we arrived back at the hotel at 9pm! Totally exhausted but STARVING we hit up Max's at the hotel for some yummy food & a nice cold one!

Thursday was registration baby!!! Got up earlier then expected and got very close to the front of the line...awesome! Then started the make n takes. Every sponsor set up a booth for us to create a 6x6 page for a favorite things album. The albums hold 16 pages and we completed them ALL plus a couple extras! It was so fun, but after I think we both thought it was a bit much! That night at the pep rally we had a blast met Ali & Cathy (again) chatted them up for awhile and took a FAB pic that Lisa will have to post b/c it was with her camera!

Friday & Saturday we did our tracks and 6 classes. I'll get more into all that later. Just have to say, like Cathy Z I have a girl crush on Ali!!! I LOVE her!!! Her really wanted to chat with everyone and wanted to hear and really listen to what you had to say and she talked about her life and wasn't all private it was AWESOME! Like a real friend it was amazing I tell you!!! Okay so I'm done chattin for now I'm so tired and we're going to my cousin's for dinner!

And I know you're going to read this tonight Baby so just wanted to say I LOVE you and I CAN'T FREAKING WAIT to see you Thursday night!!!

So i'm having this GREAT day, my girls are being good for the first time ALL week...SERIOUSLY! I scrapped like 3 pages today and everything is wonderful, I got to read stories before bed time and BAMM!!! It's like i'm insta sick! What the heck! My nose starts running like a flood (sorry TMI) my head hurts and i'm dizzy! WHAT!!! I don't get it, how in the heck did that happy just like that! Sorry to whine but um HELLO I am leaving for a much needed MOMMA VACATION in 3 days!!! 3 DAYS!!! I CAN NOT get sick!!! So I vegged out and watched this stupid lifetime movie, i'm laying in bed SO not tired but i don't want to get out of this nice comfy bed and I DONT WANNA BE SICK!!! to all my BLOGGER friends...so sorry i've been HORRIBLE about checking all your BLOGS this last week! I've peeked at a few and go to post and someone needs something or I think of something to do from CKU and then I forget. So I apoligize! After CKU I will be better! PROMISE! LOL!

So not much has been going on around here, except stressin about CKU and making sure i'm prepared! I'm SO freaking excited about this trip you have NO idea! I'm a littler nervous too b/c i'm leaving my family for a whole 5 days but at the same time i'm SO EXCITED!!! Momma deszerves a break too right???

So instead of posting more aboutl ife issues i'm taking the TTS blogger challenge and posting 10 things about ME! So here goes...

1. I LOVE bring a mom, sure I get SO frustrated and stressed out but I wouldn't change being a mom for anything!!!

2. I LOVE MY HUBBY! DUH, who doesn't right! And I LOVE how we met! We met about 8 years ago at a bar in Nogales, AZ called Senor Amigos! We met, I swear we knew we were it...suppose to be together...how cheesy I know!!! But i don't care!!! And we've been together ever since!!! I love you baby!!!

3. I want to be a nurse. Many of you probably don't even know that...actaully i'm not sure Lisa even know's that and she's my best friend...sorry girl! ;) As soon as Neely goes to Kindergarden I'm going to start the program at the community college here! Can't wait!

4. I eat drink and live scrapbooking! I love it! Everything about it, I love going to malls, grocery stores...anywhere and looking for cool ads, color combos or picture ideas! I LOVE this hobby and ALL the amazing chicks i've met!!!

5. I freak out if my camera is NOT in my purse! I feel naked if i don't have it will me! I just love to be able to capture those crazy moments or weird things you don't see very often and of course those classic things my crazy girls do! So for example here's something VERY interesting I saw on my way home from Chandler one day...

6.. I have this issue with my weight...again who doesn't. I know i'm about 30lbs over weight but then I still eat that whatever. I exersice and sometimes eat really good, but sometimes don't. I have this battle with food and HATE it! I wish I was like Reed and just didn't care about food, but I LOVE it and honestly it sucks!!! The good thing is I'm happy with me. I know I need to lose those lbs and I know one days I WILL!!!

now jsut some little facts about me...

7. When I get into bed at night i HAVE to put lotion on my hands & feet before I lay down!

8. I'm addicted to popcron, M&M's and tabasco sauce...yes all mixed in together!

9. I hate to brush my teeth before I drink my coffee...it taster funny! YUCK!

10. I'm addicted to Diner Dash 2...i know i'm a dork! LOL! I can't help it, I saw the ad for it in a magazine (can't remember which one) I did the free trail, bought it and now i'm hooked!!! And it's hard! But I love it!!!

What you must do for this challenge and you have all month to complete is...use a scrap something you've had for more then 6 months, something you JUST got with in the last week or so (as new as you can find), something Borrowed (a swap item or could be something you traded with someone) and finally something blue...must have some blue on the layout!

My items are something old (the black CS, hardly ever use black, the new is the white pen, the blue is on the CS and the brads are from a swap.

So I went up to Flagstaff, AZ with the girls on Friday and I was TOTALLY looking forward to the wedding and seeing everyone BUT I was so not looking forward to being a "single" mom! Well all I can say about that is my family ROCKS!!! Nana and Aunt Mary watched ALL the little ones so all of us crazy people could go party and boy did we party!!! It was the night of the rehearsal dinner and the place was so COOL! Up stairs was this totally chill bar with an amazing balcony. (We'll talk more about the balcony later) It was a BLAST! It sucked that Reed wasn't there though. :( We danced, drank...and laughed SO HARD!!! It was fantastic!!! Okay so yes the night was perfect except for one little thing...while on the balcony (3 stories high) I was talking to my uncle Dave, reaching into my purse of something (can't even remember what now) well my purse has this pocket on the outside and as I go to get whatever it was and something VERY precious to me grew a life/wings and jumped out of the pocket and dropped 3 STORIES! My camera!!! Yup the one I just got not even 2 months ago!!! 3 STORIES!!! I freaked out ran down the stairs and it was in tack but totally needed help. :(
Saturday was the day of the actual wedding so before it started we all hung out and talked, took cat naps with 5 girls on the bed, watched Anissa do all the little girls hair! It was too fun! Another fantastic thing that happened that morning was Terrence fixed my camera!!! He took out the little screws and popped that bad boy back together and VOILA! AND IT WORKS!!! Can you belief that! I LOVE SONY!!! So writing them a letter/email to tell them THEY ROCK!!! So the wedding...WOW! Amazing! The spot they choose was so beautiful! When we 'watched' them get married behind them was trees, mountains...breath taking! It was the sweetest ceremony I have ever seen! I'm so happy for the 2 of them!
Today Matt & Laurel hosted a brunch for everyone that came to the wedding, it was at the same awesome spot as the rehearsal dinner we enjoyed yummy bloody mary's and chit chat and then it was off to the road again! So we're driving I'm following Deb & T and we're doing about 85 maybe a bit more just cruising along with traffic, Rylee starts freaking out b/c her ears are popping so I'm trying to comfort her from the front seat without waking Neely and I notice Terrence get over into the right lane...hmm weird I thought oh well I keep on keeping on...well now I know why T got over...COP!!! Dang it! What a way to start the 5 hour drive! We weren't even 50 miles out of Flagstaff and I got a ticket!!! UGH!!! The rest of the drive was great though, girls were awesome! Love them! And the best news is we're home now!!!

So one more quick thing, Heather i'm stealing your idea hope ya don't mind. My camera need's a name b/c this girl is TOUGH and after all that she needs a name... I suck at this so any ideas???

I am beside myself right now I can't believe it! I'm so freaking excited! Okay let me slow down. Jamie told us that she would post the newletter between midnight and 6am...newletter has the list of the NEW Design Team members. Well I was sound asleep until 12:38am when my crazy dogs started barking like maniacs! Anyways, I thought what the heck, i'll just check. Nope not a stalker! ;) SO there is was the list and MY name was on it!!! All my friends from KNK where right, it will happen when it's meant to be!!! Thanks for supporting me girlies!!! So I guess maybe I should tell ya which Design Team i'm on...Treasures to scrap! So go check it out it's a FANTASTIC group and such a FUN place!!!

it's been awhile. I've been trying to keep really busy lately to keep my mind off applying for this DT I want it really bad! (not sure if I'm allowed to say who it is). Not sure why I wouldn't be able to, but just in case! I joined the MB last Monday and I can't stay away! Everyone is AWESOME there and it's really been like home! It's so cool! That has got to be my favorite thing about this hobby...We have so many opportunities to make so many amazing friends! Everyone is very helpful and encouraging it's awesome! Some of the girls there are really into digi scrappin and I have to tell you I've never really though much about digi scrappin until this site, I mean holy cow these gals ROCK at it!!! Made me very interested. I still don't think I could ever get into it 1. I don't have the patience to really learn photoshop 2. I love getting my hands on all the amazing products out there and 3. What would I do with all my stuff now??? So YES I want to try it, I downloaded some free kits last night, went through some tutorials and so we'll see. Hopefully sometime this week I can sit down and really get into it. Reed said he'd help me too so that's cool!

I've been scrappin A LOT this week too, it's been fun! All those Layout's are here. I really need to get in gear and start working on my rolodex cards and my circle journal for my track at CKU but I've just been in the groove I don't want to loose it! LOL!

Well we're headed over to my cousin's Scott & Janelle's in a bit for some fun in the sun so Happy Memorial Day everyone!!!

So today was Rylee's promotion from preschool! It was so cute, but made me so sad at the same time. I can't believe she's already going to be in kindergarden!!! Reed asked if I wanted to have her continue at the school during the summer and I said nope I want to have her ALL summer, because now that's all i'm going to get!!! I am just going to try very hard to make the best of it. I know we'll have our little tiffs now and then, but I want to remember this as a very special time. I hope all our summers can be that way, a time for the girls and I to really connect! I know what a cheese ball!!! So onto the pics...

i'm so tired not sure what's wrong with me. Last night I went to be early, set the alarm for 6 am, trying ot beat Neely up. I just couldn't get up this morning, noticed Neely was still alseep so I went for it and turned off the alarm. Neely didn't wake me up until 8 am...it was AWESOME! I don't remember the last time I got to sleep until 8! But the thing is i've been tired/lazy all day, did some exersice too so i'm not sure what's up with me. We went to my Nana's after Karate and stayed way too late, but the girls had a blast playing with Alana and Janelle.

Well, I gotto hit the sack, it's an early day tomorrow...my baby is having her preschool promotion (graduation) tomorrow! I can't belive she's going to be in Kindergarden in less then 3 months! :(

I can't believe it's 10pm and I'm just now getting to my BLOG! UGH! Today was a good day, but VERY busy. Neely is doing AWESOME with the PT. She only had one accident at the house and then we went to Kohls, she went there and then I didn't hurry fast enough to get here there in time the 2nd time. But while at home, she went by herself. She ROCKS!

I started 'swapping' out the brads...WOWSA...Confusing a bit! LOL! So glad I decided to do it while Neely was napping, could you imagine? YIKES, lets not go there! LOL!

So today's BLOG challenge is...Do you excerise? And if so what do you do, and if not why and what would motivate you to do so.

My first reaction, are you really asking me this. Do you know something? LOL! Yes I do, has it been regular lately...NOPE! Two weeks ago I started walking at a near by park, I would go before the girls woke up, while Reed was home of course. And then Neely decided to wake up before me...GO BACK TO BED!!! LOL! So my goal is to just start my Firm tapes again, since I can't walk with them...too long. Hopefully Neely will go back to waking up around 7:30 instead of 5:45! And I like my Firm tapes so no big deal!

Well I'm about to pass out...nite all!

Another Wednesday Morning...

Okay I'm not sure I'm going to get use to this, Neely has been waking up earlier and earlier every day this week. Today it was 5:45. I'm so not going to get use to this! I've been trying to get up at 6am so that I can have some "me" time before they wake up and it worked most of last week. But she's not letting me this week. And to top it off her afternoon naps are getting shorter!!! YIKES! But the good thing is that she's going to bed A LOT easier now!

Yesterday potty training was pretty good, she had a couple of accidents, but NONE on my couches so that was AWESOME! We had to take Rylee to Karate yesterday and I asked Neely to go potty before we left, she couldn't. So we got there and I took her, still couldn't go. Then she asked to try while were there and still nothing. So I thought for sure she would go on the way home in her pull up. NOPE. We got home and she went right away! So proud!

So most of you know I've been applying to DTs and you know what...It's really really hard to keep caught up on all these MB's. Am I suppose to be active with each from the moment I apply until I get on the DT or do you not become a MB member until you get on the DT? I don't know the "rules". SO I'm trying and it's hard and I'm getting freaked out that that my ruin my chances! I hope not. So I'm just going to keep trying.

SO speaking of other MB's I was at Treasured Scrapbooking this morning and they have BLOG challenges. How cool is that! So here's today's...

List 5 things that you like to do other then scrapbooking...

1. Reading...which is funny b/c I use to HATE to read. Now I can't get enough. I love funny books and self help the best I think. I'm a nerd! LOL! I also really dig the Stephanie Plum novels, but I'm having a hard time getting caught up with those! Only on # 5. Right now I'm reading Scale Down and still trying to finish Encyclopedia of an Ordinary life.

2. Playing with my girls. Seeing the way they learn through playing is amazing! I love to see how excited they get when they become "Belle" while dressing up, or seeing Neely get super excited when we build her a house with legos. They crack me up!

3. Watching movies with Reed, what can I say I love hanging out with him.

4. Hanging out with my Nana. She's the most amazing woman I know and I LOVE just talking to her.

5. Watching TV. I just LOVE TV. Some would say too much, but it makes me happy. After a crazy day there's nothing like watching those crazy reality TV stars and all their drama!!!

HOLY MOLY, you have no idea how happy I am! After all that, she went on the potty!!! Just now! It's 8:42am! So I put on Bear's Potty Time movie and she's dancing around to the songs...around her potty chair that is. Yes in the living room. Is that okay? So anyways, she's dancing around and then all of a sudden is sits down, on the potty and goes! WOO HOO! I know the rest of the day will be full of ups & down, well probably the next couple months but at least now I know she does get it!!! I'm so excited!

yeah not really! So most of you know I am starting to potty train Neely this week. She woke up at 6:30am! Must have known today was going to be an adventure. So we put painties on her, go to the potty about every 10 minutes. Making sure sippy cup is always full. I keep telling her "tell momma when you need to go potty" I keep asking her "Nee Nee you need to go potty" and I keep say "okay lets got try" so after who knows how many walks into the bathroom she has an accident...no big deal I tell myself. I get a new pair of panties, take her to the bathroom again. She goes to watch TV and yup she pees on the floor. Okay what's going on. A new pair again. And then she goes AGAIN. What's going on here. We were just in the bathroom. And you just went. Still not freaking out. Well only in my head that is. I don't know what i'm doing wrong. I need advice. All Reed says is maybe she's not ready! She' 2 and a half years old...30 months. She has to be ready, right? I need help...anyone? KNK is down, I have no other commnication, I may be losing it here and it's only 8:12am!!!

Well for me it was a GREAT day! I got to sleep in...well I got to try to anyways! It seems everytime I get a chance I can't sleep. And well it SUCKS! So Reed got up with the girls, which is a very once in a blue moon thing! Thank goodness for Mother's Day! So I get up had a uninterupted shower...heavenly! Come to the kitchen where breakfast is being made! YUMMY! Egg and a round thing with sausage and coffee oh and grapes. What more can a girl ask for! I mentioned last night that I wanted to take pictures of the day. And Reed had the camera out had already taken pictures of what had happened so far...getting the food ready, the girls making cards, me walking in. It was perfect! Lisa says I trained him well! LMAO! I try. So after breakfast and a trip to Target, Reed told me to get me *&$# in the scraproom and make a lyout of today. So I did. Here it is...

In the last post I mentioned my mom was coming over for dinner. We she came and went. After a nice size fight that is! So I did a layout of our relationship or lack there of and I feel pretty good about it. Just wrote about how I feel, and what I see. I like it. Very happy with the outcome. Not sure what exactly I'm going to do with the layout, if I'm actually going to put it in my BOM (book of me). I plan on saving it of course, and I have no intention of hiding it from the girls. Just not sure I would like it to "get around" right now. My family tends to talk! Like who's doesn't! So if you haven't seen and would like to here is the LO.

OMGOSH I have no idea where this week went! I've been so crazy busy and I'm not sure I like. Remember my scrap goals? I want to get on a DT or be published well I've been applying for DTs and HOLY MOLY it's a lot of work! But I'm lovin it! Just crossing my toes. I really don't like the rejection but hey who does! All part of the process I guess. I have like 4 more to get out this month and then a few more next month. Hoping the calls keep coming...up my chances! LOL! And then there's still CKU...oh boy! I'm super excited thought it's getting so close!

So I just wanted to drop a line. It's Reed birthday today so we're going to order our fave pizza and hang out. My parents are coming over...don't ask! LOL! And then we'll probably watch movies or something!
