Pretty good day

So I should have posted yesterday (based on my goals) but I didn't! No surprise there!

Today started out pretty good, girls weren't crabby when they woke up which was fantastic! We all just hung out, played with toys from Christmas and kinda watched Nemo! If you know Neely, again no surprise there either! I did my chores, and worked out! WOO HOO! I'm trying to get into before the new year so I don't have to make it a resolution AGAIN!!! I joined selfdietclub.com today too, it's free which is the BEST part and it's really easy to use too! Love the mag, so hopefully this will help with keeping track of things...food and exercise.

AND...I got to scrap too!!! Both my kids took naps at the same time! So I got to actually do a REAL layout, which I haven't been able to do since before the holidays started!

So it's about time for the girls to go to bed, my dear sweet hubby is going to start is addiction to Playstation again tonight. It's been a LONG time since he's played, but I'm sure it will once again become a nightly event! Which is fine by me b/c again I get to lock myself in the scraproom!!!

What did i tell you!

I realized maybe I do get hits every once in awhile when I went MIA on a MB I am a regular at and someone had mentioned checking here and that I have NOT updated in awhile! OOPS!!!

So here I am 5 days before the new year, making a early resolution to keep up with this blog at least 3 times a week! I can't commit to more! And if you know me, you totally understand. I may be a little absent minded at times! Who me??? No way!!!

So tomorrow will start this new phase for me! Wish me luck!

See I told you I was bad at keeping up...

OMGish things have been so crazy around here lately! I really don't know what's been happening! LMAO!

We got our keys to our new house today! WOO HOO! We get to start all the work this weekend! Yippie! Taking off the popcorn is first the ripping up all the flooring! WOO HOO! And also replacing the windows! I can't wait to get started!

The whole WW thing has been going great though! I'm really happy with my progress and working out has been a regular event as well!

I hope to keep up daily from now on!

Monday again!

Okay so this trying to lose weight all by myself is NOT working! So I decided to joing WW online and yesterday and so far so good! I love it you just have to input what you eat and then calculates the points for you! And the best part was yesterday I made a weeks worth of meals on the site and then it printed my shopping list! WOO HOO!

So anyways besides my ongoing weight drama today has been great! Started laundry, worked out and made my target list! Hopefully I will be scrappin a little later too.

Ahhh, it is so good to be with my hubby! Here at the grandparents house is nice too, we've already gone out once which was a blast! And we'll probably go out for happy hour tonight too! WOO HOO! Much better night! WOO HOO!

Oh thank goodness! They both crashed out around 7:30! I was so excited. Got to watch BB6 in peace and quite and then I even got to watch a movie! A little weird, but I really liked it. Garden State was the name.

Today has been a really good day too. They girls have both been awesome! Neely just woke up from a little nap and pretty soon we'll head off to my grandparents again where we'll have dinner and just hang out. We're meeting up with Reed tomorrow, which I am SO excited about! I miss him TONS and the girls really miss him too!

Horrible Night

It took me almost 2 hours to get these girls to fall asleep last night. I finally fall alseep around 11pm and of course Neely decides to wake up at 12 something! OMGish and she won't go back to sleep so I bring her to bed with me and of course she doesn't fall asleep. So I put her back in her playpen at 1:18am and she goes to sleep! WOO HOO! NOT! Wakes up yet again at 3:24! Are you kidding me? Again I bring her to bed with me and the same story!!! I can't believe this. I tried again to put her back to her crib and she wasn't having that. I'm trying to be nice b/c of all the other hotelguests or else I would have just let her screem to sleep! But I can't do that so she finally crashes we me until about 7:20. It was awful! Okay I'm done!

Today she be a fun day we're headed over to my grandparents house to hang out with my dad and it's so pretty up here so I plan to take TONS of pics with my new camera! Can't wait better get in the shower!

I am so bad about this BLOG thing!

LOL! I need to get better!

So most of you know I took the girls to Pinetop today! Oh boy was that a fun drive! It's 4 hours from my door to the welcome sign in Show Low! Pretty much they were great, except for my little chatter box Rylee! She brings her game boy, coloring books, bookd on CDs and her leap pad but somehow she manages to CHAT the entire time!!! LMAO! Really it wasn't that bad, but when you're trying to just drive and think you just wanna say SHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! But I don't, I just listen and reply as needed! Neely did take a nap which is always a plus!

We checked into our hotel got all settled then my dad came over and hung out for awhile. Then we went to this very yummy resturant called Charlie Clarks, ymmm it was good!!!

Now we're back and they are going NUTS in this hotel room! They are so overly tired but of course will not go to sleep! Kids! So I sit here so happy that this hotel room has internet access and just wanted to read my new photoshop book but thats not really working since i have to use my laptop screen to read the book! Maybe I should just go to sleep! Yeah right!

Oh yeah and the WW thing isn't going so great, what's a girl to do. I guess just keep trying!

Not going so good anymore!

Uggh! Well I lost 4 lbs and now it's back again! OMGish this is not easy! Oh man I know Reed's going to read this, and he doesn't know yet. But baby i'm not giving up! And i'm still walking everyday! Thanks for believing in my baby!

I have to kids and they eat yummy snacks and i'm human I like yummy snacks!!! Once again I'm not giving up!

This morning has been pretty good, coffee, tortilla a butter (bad choice I know) and some fruit. Should hold me over until lunch.

Today Rylee wants to scrap all day! Surprise, she always does. But first we're going to make a sun and flower craft and then it should be lunch time and Neely's naptime and then scrap time for Rylee and Momma!

Oh boy have we been CRAZY busy!!!

Okay so you don't know we sold our house and had NO idea where we were going to live! Reed was looking for jobs out of town and state but just found out last week those feel through. So we started looking in town for a house last Thursday and we found the ONE!!! We had an offer Friday morning and got it!!! WOO HOO!!! I still can't believe it.

Then we went out of town to see my dad Friday afternoon and now were home and TIRED!

Today eating wise was good, hopefully during all this craziness it will continue!

I woke up early today since we will be going to the library today and I know if I don't workout before I shower and try to wait until later, it WONT happen! I have had this beginners yoga DVD FOREVER so I decided to do that today. Spice things up a bit. LOL! And it wasn't easy. I did upper and lower body for about 50 minutes, but I feel good and I am sure it will get easier if keep doing it!

Dinner

It's getting a little tough to plan my personal dinners since it's nearing the end of the week and our food is slowing disappearing. When I did the grocery shopping 2 weeks ago, WW was not in my head so that too is making it difficult. So anyways, dinner tonight was...

beer battered fish filet (3 points), cream style corn 1/2 cup (2 points), 1 cup cantalope (1 point).

I'm sure a popcorn snack is in the near future, but my total for the day so far is 20 points. Which is awesome left overs for my snack! Woo Hoo.

Hope tomorrow goes just as well!

Todays workout

Again the tread, this time I did 2 different trainer programs that are on the tread one was 30 minutes with incline to 6.0 and speed to 5.0 the second was 20 minutes with incline to 8.0 and speed to 4.0. Total distance was 2.53 and 45 minutes total.

Snack light n fit yogurt (1 point).

Day 5

Today is going much better then yesterday as for as being crazy and hectic. Today is the complete opposite and I love it! Rylee and I have been hangin out together all day and it's great.

Breakfast cereal (3 points) coffee (3 points).

Lunch tuna sandwich (4 points) carrot sticks (0 points) 1 cup cherries (1 point).

Todays total 11 points, not to shabby. Leaves me with 13 for a snack and dinner!

Day 4 - Monday again!

Well it's been a day since I posted b/c Saturday night. Holy Moly party city!!! We had a blast! I still tried to eat good and not totally over indulge but I probably ate more then I should have. But it's a new day!

Yesterday was pretty good too, to tired and hurting to really want to eat anything and I wasn't going to workout on Sunday anyways so no biggie there.

So on to today...
I'm still tired, but I'm up had my 3 point cereal and am now having a cup of coffee (another 3 points) LOVE my creamer!

Monday's here are also cleaning day so it will be a busy one for us. I plan to workout after I have cleaned the bathrooms and the floors. SO hopefully that still works out!

today's workout

I hit the tread once agina, this will hopefully be a daily thing.

Today was a 5 minute warm up, 25 minute run at 4.0 and a 5 minute cool down. Distance was 2.16 and 35 minutes total.

I'm feeling so much better!

Day 2!

Overall I think yesterday went pretty good. It was a little tough to not sneak a few of Rylee's M&M's after dinner but I didn't. They are my fave, but if this is going to work NO M&M's for me! LOL!

So it's morning again and just finished breakfast I had a yogurt (1 point, light & fit with fiber), 1 cup cherries (1 point) and 1 waffle (2 points).

Total for the AM = 4 points

The day is about over!

Reed made dinner tonight and that was wonderful b/c I got a break!!! Woo Hoo!

We had chicken and stuffing BUT I had a chicken breast NO stuffing (4 points), green beans
( 0 points) and a slice of toast (1 point).

Total = 5 point dinner! Not too bad! Sor far it's 9pm and i'm doing great!

Oh and i did have a snack this afternoon too, but just carrot sticks! again zero points! Man why did I ever quit WW again? LOL!

Okay but I must admit it is Friday and I have had a few Corona's BUT they are LIGHT! BUT still 2 points each. And i've had 4 so that's 8 points! YIKES!

So really my total is 13 points WHICH means I went over!!! Ahhh!

It's cool though it's friday! LOL!

lunch time is over!

Oh man by 11am I was STARVING!!! But I waited until noon to eat! I had a can of tuna (4 points) with a tbsp of just too good mayo (less then 1/2 point) with some baby carrots (0 poits) and about 10 pretzel sticks (1 point). And i'm feeling good! Hope it lasts! LOL!

Total for lunch = 5 1/2 points.

Left for the day = 12.5 points

I can handle that! Just NO beer! That's going to be the hardest part! LOL! It is friday you know.

Day one!

Well really I started last night, but officially I'm going to say today! I woke up about 6ish stretched with Rylee, had a yogurt smoothie (2 points) hooked Rylee up with some cereal and fruit and cartoons then headed for the tread. I did a 5 minute warm up and then bumped it up to 4.0 for 5 minutes, then up to 4.5 for 20 minutes then a cool down at 3.0 for 5 minutes.

I felt pretty good too. I forgot how good working out could make up feel. I hit the shower and then went to have some breakfast. I had 3 egg whites (1 point) with a half of cheese slice (1/2 point) 1 slice of ham (less them 1 point) 1 cup of fruit (1 point) and a slice of plain toast (1 point).

Total of 6 points. Points for the entire day should be 24. So I have 18 to go! Yikes! I hope I can make this work!
